I'm looking for a part, but don't know what it's called. It is where the fuel line connects to the pump on the tank.

here is what happened: I left my house the other day and started smelling gas inside my truck. hmmm. then it got stronger, and the Distance Till Empty on my dash started dropping, like really really fast. So I turned around to get back home and when I got out of the truck to open my gate there was a waterfall of gas coming out from under the truck. I get it parked and shut off, and then turned the key on. With the key on (and the pump running) fuel was cascading from the top of my tank. Today I dropped the tank (big PITA) to see what the deal was and the connector that connects the fuel line to the nipple that comes out of the tank was broke. Not bad broke, it looks to me like the end of the line fits over the nipple, then there is a plastic horseshoe shaped piece that then goes in and locks the 2 pieces together. The center of that plastic horseshoe is broke, but the 2 arms were there. I realize I won't likely be able to just buy the horseshoe piece, but probably the whole fitting. That's fine, but WTF is it called? I've been looking online and can't seem to find it.

Anybody that could help me out here I'd really appreciate it!

Jason
Are you talking about the clips on the end of the lines like in the first picture here?

Mopar parts?

Don't know what year you have or exactly what fuel line, but maybe this helps.
Yes, that looks like the ones. Thanks.

It's a 2012. I have no idea which line it is, return, or what.
