May be sorry but passed on cashing in 9 Colorado deer points.
Ran out of time finding 3rd or 4th season that does not have
butt load of elk hunters during season. Hunt by myself, know
Gunnison and Colorado/Utah line area a bit. Have busy bow season
in Oregon so prefer premo rifle hunt in future.
Will consider Black Powder,high,low,3rd or 4th.
Any suggestions for my planning a year ahead of time?

You opposed to hiring a guide or wanting to go solo? My father is cashing-in his points this year for deer. He is a NR and you are close to drawing his area in regards to points. He is going the guided route. I am happy to give you more details via PM.
