Bases measure 12" circumference above the burr on one side and 11 7/8" on the other.

Re color of the horns: here is little brother with the archery Roosie bull he got a year ago, 2015. Twelve yard shot.

Best of luck!

He and his family are good ol boy meat hunters who have lucked into some big bulls at times and know how to go after one. He would have killed any minimally legal three point as quickly as he did this one.

It is a hard region to hunt, hardest elk hunting I've tried.
Those are some great bulls, congrats to the young men!
