Geezuz--I knnow that dirtbag Gerry Sickels. He got in trouble illegally killing a lion back in the 80's. Boy am I glad they busted him. He needs to lose his hunting privileges forever. I think he's done a lot more poaching then what he was charged with.

Problem is......if you cheer government on for more fines and punishment....they will gladly do so, across the board. More spending for them, no problem.

To hunt elk in Wyoming, we needed an elk tag, conservation stamp, elk management area stamp, archery permit, and a hunter safety copy. All requiring signature to be legal. Ours were all signed and legal.

We stopped at a check-station and it was like the Gestapo checking to see if our papers were in order.
