For any old high power shooters out there: Which stripper clips work best for the pre-64 Winchester Model 70 match guns?

Thanks,

Brian

SS clips you can get from competition places like Champion Shooters, Champions Choice, the Brit guy from Oregon(can't think of that one...) and so on.
Edit to add that is O.K. Weber from Oregon or Washington...

Jeff,
You're thinking of OK Weber. Otto has closed down. But any of the other places like Champions Choice or Champions Shooter Supply should have some.

The Pre64 clip slot pattern has cutouts for the "ears" on the clips like on the 03 clips. I think the Stainless Clips also have the bumps to fit in the ears. What you probably want to avoid is the M14 type charging clips which in my experience don't fit the slot well.

You can even use the old '03 clips if the spring are still good and have enough tension to hold onto the rims.

Thanks for the info, guys. Much appreciated.
