WVU won their 5th straight and 19th overall NCAA championship with a new NCAA record 4723. 2 of their freshman ladies won the air rifle and small bore. They will be back next year as well as their soph. Olympic gold medalist, Ginny Thrasher.
Coach Jon Hammond has done a great job.

Congratulations. It is great to see colleges support these teams, I wish more did.

Coach Hammond is a great young man and a gifted coach and great recruiter. WVU has 8 shooters on their roster, 4 young ladies and 4 young men. The young men better step up as the ladies are showing them how it is done.
