Anybody have one or have trigger time on one? I handled one at a local shop and really liked the balance; fit and finish we're impressive as well. I've never had an AR-10 pattern rifle, but have had AR-15's so I'm not entirely new to the AR platform.

No first hand experience. If you are wanting a lower cost .308, I would wait and see if DPMS comes out with anything new with the GII's or any improvements after Shot in 2015.

The GII has potential, it is my opinion that the wrong company is driving it though.
