Folks,
I think my AR is now done. Mega Gator lower Geissele DMR , Krieger 20" stainless bead blasted fluted VARMATCH barrel , Krieger free float hand guard , A2 buttstock , Leupold 3.5x10x50 VX 3 , aero precision mount .

I loaded some 60 vmax & 69 bthp Sierras over CFE 223 but the weather here in the NE won't cooperate . Hopefully I can get it sighted in and drop a fox or coyote in the next few weeks .
Anyone with a vx3 , can the turrets be put back to zero after you are sighted in ? These are regular turrets .

Sounds very nice. I've thought of trying that aero mount myself.

As for the vx3 turrets, the don't really reset. You move the little gold rig at the base of the turret around until the "v" notch aligns with 0, really kind of a lame system compared to others, but I like my VX3's otherwise.

Varget has given me the best accuracy with both of the bullets you have listed in all my AR's

25 to 25.5 Varget wiht 69s and BR4 in LC cases is kind of a standard go to load with 69s. FWIW.

I don't run Varget anymore, since the advent of N540 and TAC, but thats not to say its a bad place to start. I could think of worse places to start.
