I have a line on an inexpensive used R25 in 308. It's the original one (a camo DPMS) not the light GII version that just came out.

Anyone have any experience with them? The seller doesn't know how much it weighs, and I can't find specs for the original on the web.

Are they a decent AR10 platform - sellers says it always works but sellers say a lot of things. LOL

It's between that or spending a LOT more for the new DD 8.3 lb rifle - I can't get an Armalite - everyone is out of stock in my state (cali)

Thanks,

Jeff
BIL has one. IIRC it fouls a bit more than his newer carbine version. But was fairly accurate. It was reliable, I never saw his jam and he isn't the smartest reloader... generally thinks it all needs to be max loaded ammo period. Even if he cant' hit anything past about 100 yards anymore.
Have one, pretty camo

run with 3 different other makers' uppers in three different cartridges. (243,260,300 SAUM)

never a hiccup

as accurate as the handloads.

did add a geissel trigger.

under a grand ? buy it

if you don't want it, pm me info.

Pal has one in 243, never a issue since day 1. Prints in the sub moas w his hand loads. Heavy as a lead bucket at about 15 lbs w scope, bipod, sling, full mag, suppressor. Has no problem hitting the 700yard steel either.
