I'm skeptical of the lower. I have polymer lowers but they have metal inserts in critical places. I don't see any inserts. Buy it for the upper and without the bolt I'm thinking $250. Who makes the upper?

Anyway even if the zombie's were right around the block I wouldn't give spit for a poly framed lower in a gun manufactured by a no name who-dunnit manufacturer even if it had a bolt/carrier and 500 rounds of ammo with it. People buy these cluster-F's and then post on here "why don't my gun work".
