Good, Bad, Ugly? Comparable to Pmags?

Got an email from Primary Arms with them on sale.
evidently not. Surprising. Troy is not a bad brand.
Sam, I was surprised there was no response here.

Everything I own that says Troy is rock solid.

Lot of positive feedback from MO, though.
I've never tried one and surprisingly, I've never read or heard anyone give any great reports of them, just an okay magazine.
I run a few in 3 gun, no problems
I've never tried one, either. So, I'm not inclined to say they're just ok.

That's why I sought input here first. Posed the same question on marlinowners and received some good feedback. There are also results of a torture test on these mags that's pretty interesting and easy to find.

I bought several and will share results with anybody interested.
I've owned them. Nothing bad to say about them. I'd use them/buy them if I didn't have access to PMags.
Picked up a case of Pmags in a sale last year on a tip from Bluedreaux, I believe. Already had 2 drawers full of Colts.

So, I figured I'd give these a try. For the price and reports I could find, why not?

Can't have too many mags. grin
for $7 bucks and change, they look pretty good. Bought 5, but have not loaded or used them yet.
I have 4 of the Troys from either preproduction or the initial batch from 6ish years ago. They have all over the place, the most used mags that I have (and I can get brand new P Mags every single day if I wanted) and a conservative guess is that they have 20-30k rounds apiece on them. The feedlips have worn down to the point that rounds want to pop out but they still feed fine.

I will buy more.

I wasn't saying they were just ok, I was saying that's all I've ever heard about them. Yes I would be interested in how they work for you.
