I don't have experience with them, but know of a place that makes them for lever guns and #1's both. I'll see if I can find the info and PM it to you...

Brownells sells them. I'm about to put one on a Savage M1920.

George Peterson of Treebone Carving has GREAT semi finished wood with shadow line sheek pieces, ebony tips, etc.!
