I have been searching high and low for a G1 shoulder stock and a standard taper forend. Neither a Rynite or Walnut is to be found at a reasonable price.
The replacement aftermarket stocks just don't do it for me as I prefer the older classic look.
I guess all the guys that bought aftermarket stocks are just sitting on their factory stocks.

Any help locating a stock would be appreciated.

TIA
My next stock will be from Boyds. They make some laminates at a decent price.

Midway shows the Choate carbine stock to be in stock, but no-go on a forend.
You might try E. Arthur Brown

If you can ever find one the old Bishop thumb hole stocks work very well, IMO.

I need to refinish the TC forend to match smile
I just sent back to Bullberry a two piece set hand checkered Walnut exhibition grade to be refinished. I stumbled across it on a random website, (here) Keeping the other rynite set until by Bullberry gets back from refinishing.
Choate made the original Rynite stocks and still makes them.
Found one here. Thanks for the replies.
