Not a trapping question per se, but this is the only place I know to ask.

Long story short, my son put a snare drum down on top of a seal skin I was given as a young boy. By the time I found it, condensation had caused a ring of rust stain to transfer to the seal skin. Any suggestions on how to get this out?

You might try this stuff.I've used it to take out rust stains and it works quick too.
