Looking at one of these missing the pump... is there any source for these? I have unsuccessfully tried a few online sources.

I once read that those pumps are just about impossible to find. You might find one in England, but I believe even then it would be a tough search.

Fortunately, I think I found one. They are about impossible to get as you read.
