Anyone have any experience with these?

The Beeman Kodiak is the Webley Patriot.Beeman markets it and warranties it,only if you buy the Kodiak version. If you buy the Webley Patriot,Beeman may not honour warranties or perform any repairs to it.
The .25 caliber in it is very good. The gun is fairly heavy. The bluing is excellent.Webley does a good job of bluing their guns.It is a powerful spring gun.Was touted as the most powerful spring airrifle.Maybe so.Cocking it is not as easy as a Beeman R7 <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />.Need to practice a lot with it to shoot it accurately due to the double movement of the powerful spring. It is overall, a very nice spring air rifle. Also if you think of scoping it,you must get a very good scope. This airrifle will break most scopes.

Thanks. I need to replace my 15 year old RWS .177 and I stumbled on the 25 caliber while reading up on the latest on the web. I mostly use mine in my wildlife control business to shoot pigeons from 20 feet out to around 40 yards or so, but it has become very eratic of late (4 inch group at 16 steps) so I figured I'd step up to something with a bit more oomph. I ordered a 22 cal RWS model 52 from Cabela's, but sent it back because of the side cocking mechanism. Neither Cabela's, Bass Pro or RedHead carry the .25.

Went ahead and ordered a RWS 350 Magnum in 22 caliber from Cabela's last week. They don't carry that one in the magazine so I had to special order it and its being drop shipped from wherever. Also ordered and already received an F 1 chronograph. My 16 year old RWS 36 in .77 cal is shooting from 680 ft/sec to 700 ft/sec. Thats pretty far off from the advertised velocity, but I figure age and abuse have probably taken their toll. When I get the new gun I'll send this one off to the factory for a reconditioning. My grandson's Daisy BB gun shoots around 250 ft/sec. I'm interested in seeing what the new gun will do. I'll keep ya posted.

That RWS 350 ought to be a real hammer.
