I figure this room in my freezer needs moose meat. Any suggestions for 2017?

Meat mostly. I'm beyond the need to prove my manhood with some other animal's endowments.

I hunted with these guys this fall for Moose. Great outfit not a trophy outfit but they specialize in meat hunt. Also killed a Wolf on the trip. Saw several bears but none I wanted to shoot. Beautiful country and the best big game meat you can eat.
