Are they the same for both large and small primed rounds?

Are they .080" for both?

Have not measured them, but notice that some 223 brass has smaller than normal holes. Ran across some awhile back that were about twice normal dia. I figured someone had reamed them out for a special purpose. I ditched them. Wallace
