I am a fan of football. I simply love the game and all of its facets. Recently we've been swarmed with news coming from every direction that has been focusing on the depravity that human nature brings upon the sport.

In that light, I was stoked to come across this bit of news this morning. It seems that all is not lost in the NFL! Yes Virginia, there is a Peyton Manning.

Manning personally calls Indy, to say good-bye one last time.

Peyton Manning is a class act.

Archie and Olivia did a good job raising their children.

Peyton, is a great leader and roll model

My daughter is married to a tax attorney in New Orleans. Her mother-in-law taught the Manning boys at a private school. She has only the best things to say about the Manning family.

I was at a "T" ball game where my son-in-law was coaching and Archie was there with Cooper, watching his grandson play. Very unpretentious, no high profile, just regular folks.

I wish them all the best.

I have to admit that as a die hard NY Giants fan, I have a bit of a bias.

Denver will be better with Peyton there, if only in the locker room.
