I've a pile of Euros that are worth a lot less than what I paid for them if I exchange them in the USA for dollars.

So the idea is to spend them in Europe.

What are the bureaucratic hoops that I need to jump through if I purchased a pup in Germany? I've family members that travel to Germany to see family so they could bring the pup back. Interested in a Pudelpointer.

I have no idea. But you might want to contact some of the breeders in the Pudelpointer Breeder's Alliance. I'm guessing a couple of them have done the import thing.
