Any of you seen one? It's an 8mm of some kind,horn lever opens the action and you push the trigger forward to cock the action? I'm trying to get photos now...
Reciever is W. Collath on one side and Frankfort on the other.
It also has a presentation plate dated 1908 in the butt stock.

They also made doubles and 3shot shotguns of that kind.

Yes,I seen lots of his drilling and shotguns,but this one is way cool...

They usually made them in their own proprietary chamberings. They made Very nice guns, but the oddball rounds chambered for them are a real obstacle to shooting them.

Did a chamber cast yesterday,it's a "8mm X 72R Collath",.318 dia lead bullet gun.Also no Nitro proof, appears to be blackpowder....?
