Never seen one marked like this? What’s it?

I saw one for sale in my area recently

I would need to dig my 250 Savage carbine out but I know it is marked carbine, not sure about short action. I just got rid of a 308 that was marked short action too.

My 250 say's "Model 70 carbine 250 Sav". 308 is marked "short action"
