So far, it's selling for a penny - plus shipping wink
I think I could swing the opening bid, but the buy it now is waaaaaaayyyyy outta my league. Very nice rifle!
I brought it up to $131. wink

Nice rifle!!

Eric
Once it got to $150 I knew some people would start backing off wink
What do you know, I'm still the high bidder. Now if only people would back off for the next 12 days... lol. Seriously, good luck with the sale!

Eric
Thats some rifle Steve.
I had one just like it but for the mag tube, mine was built in 1902, I killed alot of deer, a bear and a buffelo with it, and regret ever selling it! I you must have a dandy in mind to sell this one! good luck with the sale!

John - I think this one would also do a heck of a job on deer, bear and buffalo smile I think I would really enjoy (i.e. use) a "gray rat" version of this rifle wink
Yes! mine seemed to, come to my shoulder, the ivory sight, lined up on the game, and fired, before i realy planed on it! sold it on a whem, planned on getting a 45-90, and that deal fell thru, but I went to the savage 99s at that point, so wasnt a bad thing in the long run! still mis that rifle tho!
Listed another one:

Those are both fantastic looking rifles.
Thank you. I've done a bit of auction scanning lately looking at other 1886's offered. There is a sea of non-fantastic looking rifles out there.
