A steel BP. low comb .300 H&H is one of the most miserable rifles on Earth to shoot from sandbags..

The homemade comb extension is hardly a factory innovation though..lol..

Agreed on both counts. I have seen a rifle or two treated like that.

It may be a factory installed comb, but it wasn't the Winchester factory!
Put legs on it and make it walk backwards...just sayin.
No thanks. I'm sure the guy that did it thought it was the cat's azz. Apparently, auction owner does, too.
