Ok.....the search feature flat out sucks

Can any of you all tell me if there are MIM parts in the two modern M70's I have?

The extractor looks to be fully machined.

The bolt handle looks MIM with a bold mold line. Possibly cast? How to tell the difference between cast and MIM?

ok clearly not interesting enough for the winchester crowd on here
I assume your speaking of BACO production, which is why I'm no help. No interest in a foreign made Model 70. But I do think I read somewhere that they still used Williams extractors.
Yes both mine are FN made m70's which were made in SC in the USA.

Thanks.
To me, if it don't have a Model 70 trigger, it's "foreign made".

I quit paying any attention to new production the day I heard they changed the trigger.

Sorry I can't help more with your questions.
aug: some times it takes a while for folks to respond. Mim parts usually work-as on S&W revolvers but other than that - they are still fairly new.
welcome to the fire, Mel Chung
