BTW - I like your choice of the 7mm-08 as your hunting rifle. I don't have a Kimber, but several Rugers that our get used here during deer season each year.

I have been fortunate enough to visit your country, but ended up stag hunting in NZ on the the same trip. Who knows, maybe I will get back some day for a Water Buffalo.
