Is what I'm paying, High, low?

I am at 3% on my 15 year home loan with $200K remaining and paid off come 2032. Zero other debt.

Mortgage taken out a while ago and an agricultural operating loan are two different animals

9 % for what? Home, operating note? Vehicle?

Home. High
Car. High

Credit card. Low

Assuming USA debt and not Canada

About the going rate on an operating loan. High on anything else.

Today, my brother in Ks said he’s paying just under 10% on his farm operating loan.

Bank range 6.5-10
Ag retailers
Some offer 0 for whole farm purchase
Some are 3.9% for fertilizer
Seed can be 0-3.9
Chemicals can be 0-3.9

8.5 here in Texas ,8 if over a million
