That might be the case for your mental health, but sun exposure out there on the water is sure keeping those dermatologists employed. There is no place to hide in an open aluminum boat. A dermatologist with a scalpel has sure gotten my attention.

Looks pretty damn healthy to me, and I'd hate to see that covered up.
