A friend of a friend of friend has a 2008 Lowe 165 with a 60 HP Merc and 13 hours of run time that he want to sell. He is asking $8k, but may take less. What say you boat guys?

13 hours is nothing. If you know the boat's ok and it'll work for what you're going to use it for that sounds like a good deal.

It takes 10 hours to properly break in most Mercury engines !
