Looks promising. Hope to see this lure (called Eminnow) available before the hard water season. Could be used for tip-ups where live bait fish usage is banned. This lure also has a dedicated site with more details.

No live bait fish allowed in Utah.

It's a gimmick. It will catch a few fish, I'm sure. But its real purpose is to catch dollars.

(Incidentally, I cast a suspicious eye at a product promo from a 6-post member. Not accusing, just pointing out the possibility.)

Edit to add: In the first video, the lure is "sweetened" with a chunk of cut bait. Hardly an objective test.

Watched the videos and in one ( around 8:17 ) you can see the fish go for just the cut bait.

Looks cool though. Some times I will leave a dangler while I go do my thing. One season I think I caught just as many on the setup I left dangling. And since I rarely usually use live bait but I'd try one for when the fish only seem to want live bait. Mostly just to say I did it.
