Couple fish from the local streams this year.....has been a super wet year so far .....water is staying unfishable...really looking forward to fall
Are these fish getting bigger or are you getting smaller?
Not sure. Neither of these are that big
36 and a 40.......getting uglier maybe
Really enjoy your pictures
That bottom fish is solid.
Nice
Their coloration seems a bit different than the ones I caught up in WI
Throwing a black and orange mepps bucktail spinner?
What colors do you like?
thanks for posting. Always enjoy your muskie pics
We have the clear strain here in ky. Differnt areas have differbt strains. The WI fish have the green look that you mention. Lake St Clair has the spotted Muskies.
That fish was on a custom bucktail my buddy makes. Pond fork blades on Facebook. We use a lot of blacks, chartreuse, and oranges. Fish a lot of crankbaits and jerkbaits. Big rubber like bulldawgs and medusas and topwaters like prop style and buzzbaits.
You have a few options in Nebraska. Shoot me a pm if you're looking to get started

I did not know that, though many of those waters are smaller lakes. But Calamus and Merritt and a couple others could be worthwhile to try. Caught a few northerns in Nebraska, but a muskie would be cool.
Thanks!
