Bought my bride a new Fenwick River Series fishing rod for Valentine's Day, and the weather here in Northern CO has been great the last week or so.... so we thought we'd run out and see if we could slide a little chrome.

I bummed Em's new Fenwick for a couple casts... it ain't the St. Croix... but it's a pretty nice fishing rod.

Nice fish and a great time. I'm headed down to Arkansas next week for 3 or 4 days of trout fishing on the White River. I'm really looking forward to it. However my wife will not be in attendance, somehow I will work through that disappointment.

headed out tonight after work. by 10:00 pm tonight i should be have a cold one and listening to the river flow by.
