A short one.
I sent in my binoculars to have the twist-up eye cups fixed. I sent them to VA a week ago Friday. They came back this past Friday. New eye cups, cleaned up, "reset focus and alignment."
I'm pleased.
End o' story.

I am reporting the same great service from Zeiss.
I sent in one for alignment, cleaning, and a look at the focuser.
Very speedy, in only 12 days it was back in my hands, and that includes mailing both ways. I could not believe it.

Yep, they did the same for a Conquest scope several years ago that needed work.

Ditto.
I sent a pair of field glasses in to repair the focusing and diopter adjustment wheel.
Never heard anything. Thought I would get a call to let me know when they received it and what the repair cost would be. Never heard from them. Was about to call and check up on it and I receive a package today.
Binos repaired and returned in about 2 weeks. No charge.
Very pleased.
