I don't have any brass......
gibrass.com, patsreloading.com, beyond that I'm kinda out of answers, though we used to get a fair amount, IE 20-30K a year from RVOW.com and some folks went to scharch.com.
Locally a guard unit trades mucho fired brass for once fired....of course they gain on brass in the deal.

Hey guys, I'm looking to buy some .223 ammo. Probably 55gr SP or HP. Does anybody shoot the Wolf of Brown Bear? I've seen it for $225-$250/1000rds. Any advice where to order? Mainly want to start stockpiling adequate ammo at best possible $. Appreciate any help, Amigo

I like the Brassman ( John Johnson) he has processed brass 1K for $99.85 shipped. Processed means sized, primer pockets uniformed, cleaned and trimmed to lenght.

Do you know any cops from an agency that uses them? Most police agencies buy (good) factory ammo and throw, or give, away the brass.

Yep. I get mine from police ranges. Last month a former student of mine, who is a cop, brought me a five gallon bucket full of assorted brass. All of which I load for. Lots of .223, .45 ACP, 40 S&W, and .38 with a few 9mm thrown in too.
