looks like with some work a short 700 or a 7 stock MAY work for the tikka t3 (read a good bit of work)... on the other hand, i weighed a factory t3 stock wearing a huge recoil pad and it goes 26oz....
if you can deal with the sps plastic, some paint and a flip flop pad could get you pretty darn light with the factory stick.....
