So I did this \:\)
Actualy it's for a customer, he has two others in this pattern,different sizes and damascus patterns.Now he get's a third.
Steel is 152 layers of O-1/1095/L6/15n20
Blade is 4.375" and 9.625" overall, flat grind from .187" stock.
Scales are dyed camel bone with mosaic pin and black liners.

I have only made one knife from Damascus, and it was a piece I bought.

That is some of the nicest looking Damascus I have ever seen.

Do not normally care for Damascus but that is sheer artwork! Fabulous looking knife! TM

Well I have an old site that was made by my son several years ago. I haven't updated it in a couple years or so, I don't have the time or patience to deal with all that computer lingo.

It is work like this that makes me want to stop putting together my own knives and buy completed work. I'm not overly fond of the blue handle (to each his own) but the damascus is magnificent!

I visited your website and exhibited the utmost self control and didn't order a knife - there were several there I would have been proud to own and use.

Do you use an air hammer or other powered hammer? I've tried my hand with the old hammer and anvil and it is absolutely brutal on m y old shoulder.
