I was thinking about buying a bull barrel upper for my lower and i was wanting a 20" but they arnt in stock so i was thinking about a 16" what would I be loosing or gaining by going with the 16"?

Lose about 100fps and gain portability, they are a little louder as well.
I need to add this was with 55 grain ammo, XM193 to be exact. Other bullet weights and powders might see a difference.

ill be using dogtown 55gr bullets and horandy 55gr sp mainly. how much less weight?

Barrel profile will make more difference than 4" but maybe a pound on average for bull barrels???
