I have a ULA model 20 in 257 Rob. and was wandering what scope mount you gents use. I know that NULA has the base & ring made together and the Talley makes two piece bases. I was wandering is there any other manufactuers out there. I am interested in a one piece base with a picatinny rail.
Thanks David

I've been trying to find out about that for someone on another forum. It looks, although I can't verify it,as if CLR/ULA/NULA arms were drilled with a pattern that Talley made bases specifically to fit. A call to NULA or Talley should help.

Decker, I fooled around with a Colt Light trying to find bases that would work and ended up using a Weaver style base modified to fit. Worked OK but if I had it to do over again I would have done what EZ is recommending and simply called Melvin and got the right bases and rings. Dave

The Colt Light Rifle uses the same mounts as a Model 28 ULA. IIRC, the hole spacing is the same, but the receiver is a tad larger in diameter than a Model 20 or 24. I have an extra set of Talley bases for a Model 20 or 24.
Melvin will probably mill a rail to fit if you ask. I've seen one on a forum member's ULA.
