Like 257Stew I also got a goat draw in the Skeena Valley in an area that will be good for late fall/winter hunting.

Fellow BC Campfire Members; A welcome to Mr. holmes76 from the south Okanagan and a thanks for the heads up that the LEH results are out.
I just did a quick check and our 2 girls and I drew nothing this year. I will console myself by saying I didn’t have time to get in shape if I had been drawn for the elusive sheep tag on the mountain behind us anyway….right?
Hopefully some of you fared better than we did and if so, good hunting to you all. Regards, Dwayne

I drew an antlerless elk LEH in 4-06 - looking forward to some excellent meat! Anyone with advice on where to go, farmers to ask, etc. would be greatly appreciated (it's only part of 4-06 an a little of 4-07, right around Creston).
Failed on the Ashnola sheep (for the 12th straight year) and a shared antlerless moose in 3-12.

I got a sheep up the Yalicum river ( Just over the hill from the Fraser River) A moose in 5-10 and A goat in 5-6 B just 15 miles south of my place at nimpo lake. The Sheep and the Moose were both second choices on my draws which I find interesting as I have never recieved a second choice before.

I drew goat on the East side of Kootenay Lake and grizzly in 7-4 (highway 16 by McBride and Valemount). I missed on moose and my favourite longshot, the bison draw.

My son got a Moose in 5-10 and this was also his second choice,I have to wonder if maybe the number of applications are down due to the high cost of fuel?

I got NIL, brother got NIL, sister got Elk on the Island. Some people are just luckier than others.

I drew a non-antlered whitetail in 8-01. Hope to have some luck, the freezer is looking awfully empty these days.

I got Sh#T on a stick!!!! Didn't even get the anterless muley in 5-14...which was about 1.6 to 1. Put in for grizzly and bull moose in 7-16, and bull elk in 7-13. Anyone hunt deer on the upper fraser north of PG?

Like many others, I drew a "NIL"...doesn't specify antlered or antlerless, so I guess it's either. On a more serious and PO'd note, what's with some applicants getting a second bison draw? I've been applying for the bison draw for many years. Amongst my small circle of hunting acquaintances, I know of two who have now been succesful twice. At 61 years of age, I likely don't have too many years of serious hunting left in me, and I believe those who have already drawn one bison hunt should be barred from further draws. The odds are such that it ought to be a once in a lifetime opportunity. I really am astounded that the folks who manage wildlife in this province, and those who are responsible for setting up the LEH parameters are too f@#*^#g stupid to figure this out!
