Uh...nope. Can't think of any. Unless there's one with 'splosions in it.

You'd have to go back in time to find any I'd watch. And then they aren't so much "chick flicks" as they are classic romance movies; "Roman Holiday" comes to mind...

I've always been too dense to figure out if a flick is chick or not.

Penny and I really liked While You Were Sleeping and Notting Hill.
And I recently went to see PS - I Love You with her, but that was just to put her in my debt so that we could go see...oh, I forget. Some guy flick.
Edit: Correction. I am informed by my lovely bride that Notting Hill was never one of her favorites: she's not a Julia Roberts fan.
She prefers Six Days, Seven Nights. I must admit that I'm not really an Ann Heche fan. On the other hand I'm very much an Angelique fan--or Angelica, or whatever her name was. I'll always remember that delightfully-accented "Are you sure?" line with the little quiver.
Another edit: Here it is: video

The Princess Bride is one of the funniest movies I've ever seen. You have to watch it several times, though, to catch all the good lines. Some are very subtle.
The book is even better. For example - remember the beginning when it was talking about how Buttercup worked her way up the list of the kingdom's most beautiful women until she was at the top? They left out a great line. When she was younger and still way down the list, her father said "Buttercup, take a bath. You reek like a stallion."
