Quickload 3.4 Question

A question about Quickload 3.4, what is really new about it vs. 3.2?
Is it worth upgrading at this time or should I wait for the next version?
If 3.4 is mostly a Vista upgrade, I don’t think i need it at this time.

It provides Vista compatibility (but you could do that in compatibility mode with previous versions), but also includes the first (non-beta) version of "QuickTARGET Unlimited" and numerous bullet and powder updates.
