Terry, you aren't yet soused enough. No "guy on his own" puts garnish on a plate (How Jeff Smith!). Hell, no guy on a booze and food Class B bachelor bender even uses a PLATE, fer cripes sake.

Pop a can, fry up some stuff, pop a can, eat with fingers standing over the sink - preferably all done in your BVDs. Now THAT's living the High Life!

I was in my boxers, I did eat off the counter, I just wanted to practice on my photog skills. The garnish is cilantro for the ceviche and the lime was for the margaritas.

Wifey goes nut watching me eat stuff as I prepare it, usually right outa' the pan.

Congratulations, you have made Bruschetta with Tapenade.
Bruschetta (pron. brus'ket'ta in English, /bɾu'sketta/ in Italian) is a food whose origin dates to at least the 15th century from central Italy. It consists of grilled bread rubbed with garlic and topped with extra-virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Variations may include toppings of spicy red pepper, tomato, vegetables, beans, cured meat, and/or cheese; the most popular American recipe involves basil, fresh mozzarella, and tomato. Bruschetta is usually served as a snack or appetizer. In Italy

Tapenade is a Provençal dish consisting of puréed or finely chopped olives, capers, and olive oil.

Good stuff, anyway.
