I am falling in love with dry rub seasonings. I just grilled up a rack of pork chops for dinner tonight. I rubed them well with pork rub and cooked them slow and low on the gas grill. I put them on and started cleaning rifles. They were just about done by the time I had all six rifles clean and everything put away.

Man those pork chops are good eats.

Yep. Slow cooked like that, they are really tender and juicy. Set the gas grill to lowest level it has, close the lid, and let it cook like that for an hour or so and it always just comes out perfect.
