WTS New 243 Remington 700 SPS in LSS Mountain Rifle lam stock

I swapped Jamison a new Remington 700 Tactical in .223 for this a few weeks ago. He put this 243 together for his daughter, then they decided she wanted a 223.
It is a brand new, unfired matte finish Remington 700 SPS 243 he bought at Wally world. He got a new take-off Remington LSS Mountain Rifle laminated stock from Woofer, bedded the barreled action to it, adjusted the trigger and touched-up the crown. Then traded it to me before he had time to shoot it. I've decided to hunt with my "old" 243 this fall, so someone else can enjoy this fine rifle.
The barrel is 24" long, and the trigger is sweet. He's done over a 100 of them, he tells me.

Gorgeous rifle. Ought to be a real shooter, too!

OK, I weighed this rifle on my wife's high-dollar Weight Watcher's scale (Lol) so it's an accurate weight. Gun weighs a hair under 7-3/8 lbs. (laminated stock and 24" barrel)
I have a Lyman digital trigger pull measurer thingie, and the trigger on this rifle lets off very crisply at a no-creep 3-1/3 lbs. It is the old-style trigger, so you can easily dial the trigger pull up or down with a teeny screwdriver.
