I just got mine and my camera is on the blink ( no batteries!).
Ran a hundred rounds through it so far on the skeet range.
It's an O/U Jubilee made by FAIR of Italy ( two of the Rizzini brothers)
I never thought I'd have more fun than with my 28's, but i guess I was wrong!

The kid says it doesn't even use real shells - it's more like a bunch of tootsie rolls in your pocket!!
Who else is shooting an "idiot stick" on the skeet range?

I love the pee-wee!!!!!!!

The only one I have now is my 870 pump, but there a GREAT skeet round!!!! I could never run 100 with it but it will realy help you're bigger gauge stuff.

I reall like the look of a Remington 3200 4 barrel set with the .410 barrels on, classic.

The .410 is one of the most fun shotguns for skeet there is.. No recoil, little noise and cheap to shoot (reloads), albeit a PITA to reload with those little hulls..

Here's another of my SKBs; this is a model 685 3-barrel skeet set in 20, 28 and .410.. I love the wood on this shotgun.. The .410 barrels are in the foreground.

I have a K-80 tube set as my 410. I bought an 1100 in 410 once, but sold it.
I hate the 410 for skeet as it will make you say things you should not say in front of childern and ladies....

LMAO...

Hey, I get a lot of ticked off 12 ga users at skeet when I kick their butts with a measly .410.. I usually average about 20-21 using it.. I fully admit my highest score was a 23 using the .410, but it's so fun that I keep trying to run 'em...

I have run several 97's out of 100 with a 410, but will tell you in the same breath that I have run some scores in the 70's as well.
The group I shoot skeet with most of the time at a tourn. will tell you, "any score with a 9 on the front end of it, is a good score with a 410"

Wow.. 97 out of 100 with a .410.. Good job indeed!

I'll never get there.. Our skeet range got closed down by #%**# neighbors who filed a lawsuit.. Nearest one now is about 25 miles away and with gas at $3.70, I may be near the end of my skeet days..

Boohoo...

That is a sweet looking set you have! What would a set like that cost to buy.

Redneck,
Missouri just passed a law to prevent that sort of lawsuit against existing shooting ranges. We actually have had a very pro-gun legislature this last term.

About $3500 I think.. I bought this set barely used about 12 years ago for $2400... It had one small scratch on the buttstock that I repaired; otherwise it was like-new.. The nice part about the SKB set is that each gauge set has it's own fore-arm fitted to the barrels..

I hope your state's law is better than ours.. TAX HELL WISCONSIN has a 'range protection' law also, but it only prevents litigation due to noise.. It does nothing re: 'Safety', the new buzzword in anti-range activist circles.. There's a large law firm in Murderapolis with a litigator who's specializing in range lawsuits..

It'll cost our range nearly $200,000.00 to get going again; money they cannot really afford.. Personally, I don't think it will happen.. I'm trying to convince them to scrap trap and build an indoor pistol range.. It will cost more to build, but the payback should be 5-7 years vs. 22+ years for the trap range.. Besides, that would take the $%&* neighbors out of the equation and there's a HUGE potential for an indoor range around here now... There's also several LE agencies who would love to have a local indoor range to maintain certification and for practice..

No camera here either, but I do have six .410's that I hunt with regularly: A Mossberg bolt, choked full...two Stevens singles, choked full...An H&R, choked modified, A sweet little Brazilian S/S, choked mod. & full, and a Mossberg O/U, choked full and almost full. Lately, I just use the .410's for cottontails and snowshoe hares; in the past I have taken grouse and pheasant with them as well.
