Thanks…this was are first time on the Rubicon and we had a great time, Jeepin is my other hobby been doing it for 26 years. The kaki jeep is my son’s and the maroon one is mine. We had a group of 23 rigs.
Son’s jeep is a 05 with a 4.0, 6sp, Full traction ultimate 4” lift, tires 285-16 MTZ rear Dana 44 with 4.10 gears and a ARB, front Dana HP-30 4.10 gears, ARB with Alloys.
Mine is a 01 with a 4.0, Auto, Clayton 5.5” hard arm lift, tires 35-12.5 MTZ, rear Dana 44 4.56 gears with a Detroit locker, front Dana HP-30 4.56 with a ARB.
The only real damage we got was bent tie rods, but I figured that was going to happen as that was about the only parts that haven’t been upgraded.
