Can anyone advise the state of play as to the mounts that were being made by one of our members. I believe he ran into some problems with the outsourcing of some of the work that effected his time line. From the drawings these looked really good, i'd still like to get a set if any are available or place an order for the next run.

If this has been raised recently, my apologies. I have been busy with the shift from Australia to N.Z. With the great fishing and hunting around here ive been a little distracted, might even start unpacking soon.

johno, he's been out of the country for quite a while and hasn't been on. And, I think he's said that he's not going to coordinate a second run. Keep an eye out, I'm sure you'll see some future posts on this when he makes it back.

Thanks Rory, Disappointing hes not doing a 2nd run. I am sure it was'nt an easy project to pull together, his drawings looked really good.

I guess there is no point in asking if anyone has has a 1"stith in good original condition that they like to part with. I thought not.

The trouble being down under many sellers at auction wont deal with us. No problems dealing direct with fellas at the campfire I must have bought ten or more items from blokes here.

Well if someone has nice 1"i'm up for it, maybe I should check prices before making such a broard statement.

thanks again

Hey Mike, think thats a little rude mate. Clearly Paul was replying to my thread and trying to assist me in finding a mount.

Sorry Johno... 2+2 makes 5 in my world tonight. It did not seem that way to me, actually still doesn't. The part where he said "UP FOR OFFERS" must mean something different than I was taught! But either way I'm out!!!

Sorry for the confusion!!!

Mike...

Its no big deal Mike, I can clearly see your interpretation now, just one of them days where if it rained actresses i'd get head in the head with lassie. This is probably one of the only places left where the guys are old enough to remember lassie

all is well

YOOOO RINNIE,

I dont know what the tv is like over there for kids of an afternoon, but your not gonna convince me they are better off than we were. I guess all generations as they get older feel the same. But the rubbish thats served up these days makes me feel sorry for the kids

Oh Cisco, Oh Pancho
