Changes in regulations and fees made it unprofitable to stay in business as a rancher, so they left.....
And there you have it...they "regulate" you out of business.
This is not an unforeseen consequence but the product of a deliberate and calculated agenda.
Just like doctors, driven out of private practice,by Obama Care.
