The only time that I purchase anything from Gander is usually from the clearance rack.

Here in liberal Northern Virginia we have few gun stores. The local Dick's is where rich urbanities go to buy their kids soccer gear & their own running clothes. The GM in Fredericksburg is over priced & staffed by mostly young underpaid kids that know nothing about fishing & hunting. The GM in Richmond was forced out of business by Greentop & Bass Pro. Greentop took over the building leased by GM & is a superb hunting & fishing store.
