If I were in charge I would immediately mandate a new strict rule...
Any driver that gets out of his car and walks in front of other racers during a race it would be under a mandatory suspension of his Racing license for one year...
And further...If he manages to get himself killed...It would automatically extend the suspension for another 6 months...
